1. Overview

thugg.lol is a platform for creating personal landing pages and link-in-bio profiles where you can add links, media, styling elements, and integrations.

The Service is provided “AS IS”. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Account and security

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must change your password promptly and contact support.
• We may temporarily restrict or suspend access if we suspect hacking, fraud, Terms violations, or legal non-compliance.

3. User content

Anything you upload or publish through the Service (text, links, images, video, music, logos, etc.) remains your content or the content of the respective rights holders.

By posting content on thugg.lol, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to use it solely to operate the Service (hosting, displaying, transmitting, backups, and technical processing).

You may not post content that:

• violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• contains extremist material, violence incitement, hate, or discrimination;
• contains pornography, graphic violence, or shock content in violation of law;
• infringes copyright, trademarks, branding, or other IP rights;
• contains malware, phishing, scams, or other abusive behavior.

4. Paid features and Premium

Some features may be available on a paid basis, including advanced profile styling, additional templates, integrations, higher limits, and other tools (“Premium”).

Current pricing, plans, included features, and payment methods are shown on the relevant pages. We may change Premium features and pricing by updating the website and/or the account interface.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details; payment processing is governed by the provider’s security policies.

5. Premium purchases and refunds

By purchasing Premium, you agree that access to digital features is provided immediately after successful payment. In most cases, the service is considered delivered upon Premium activation.

In general, Premium fees are non-refundable if:

• you changed your mind about using the Service or Premium features;
• your account was restricted or banned due to violations;
• you expected capabilities different from what is described in the UI/site.

However, we may consider full or partial refunds in cases such as:

• a prolonged, material inability to use Premium due to our fault;
• duplicate or erroneous charges for the same period;
• verified fraudulent or unauthorized payments confirmed by a bank/provider;
• other cases required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited use

In particular, you may not use the Service to:

• send spam or misleading advertising;
• distribute malware, exploits, stealers, or phishing pages;
• run fraud schemes or unlawfully collect payment/personal data;
• attack our infrastructure (DDoS, password guessing, exploiting vulnerabilities);
• damage the reputation of thugg.lol or disrupt other users.

7. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thugg.lol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, data, or reputation arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, your profile settings, the links you provide, and all actions performed through your account.
