• Create an account and pick your username.
• Open Customize to set your background, colors, avatar and effects.
• Add your links and socials in the Links dashboard.
• Publish — your page is live at thugg.lol/your-username.

New profiles show a short guided checklist with highlighted prompts. Completing it makes your page feel finished.

• Set an avatar.
• Write a short bio.
• Add your first link.
• Add your first track (optional).

Open the Links dashboard. You can add, edit, reorder (drag and drop), and hide links anytime. Changes auto-save shortly after you stop editing, and there’s a manual Save button too.

• Paste any URL and the platform is detected automatically.
• Three modes: Link (open a URL), Copy text (copies text on click), and Crypto (tap-to-copy wallet address).
• Custom link icons are available on Premium.

Templates are full profile looks you can apply instantly.

• Browse the community library and search by name or tags.
• Star templates you like in Favorites.
• Click Apply to copy a look to your page — some templates are Premium-only.
• You can publish your own templates from My Uploads.

• Start with Views and Clicks to understand reach and engagement.
• Check Unique visitors to estimate real audience size.
• Use Conversion rate to see how effective your page is at turning visits into clicks.
• Use Countries, Devices, and Sources to understand where growth comes from.

• Buy it directly (fastest).
• Redeem a coupon in Account → Settings → Account.

Two public pages surface active profiles — no submission needed.

• Leaderboard ranks the top profiles by all-time views.
• Explore shows trending, top, and newest profiles.
• Your profile appears automatically as it gains views.

• Check your spam / junk folder.
• Wait a few minutes and try again.
• Make sure the email address is typed correctly.
• If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support and we’ll help.

Analytics are near real-time and refresh automatically every 15 seconds while the tab is open, but small delays can happen.

• Give it a little time and keep the tab visible.
• Some traffic sources report limited details.
• If you’re testing your own page repeatedly, numbers may be filtered to keep analytics clean.

If it looks stuck for a long time, contact support with your username and approximate time window.

If your account is restricted, it usually means we detected behavior that looks like abuse or a serious policy issue.

• Share any context that might help us understand what happened.
