Privacy & Data Usage

A human explanation of what we collect, what visitors’ data looks like, what’s public, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

We collect only what’s needed to run thugg.lol, keep it secure, and provide analytics.

  • Account data you provide (email, username, settings).
  • Basic security and abuse-prevention signals.
  • Page analytics like views, clicks, country, device type, and traffic source (when available).

What we store about your visitors

Visitor analytics are aggregate and coarse — designed to inform you, not to identify anyone.

  • Rough country, OS, and device type.
  • Referrer (where the visit came from).
  • We don’t store visitor personal information, and we don’t try to identify individual visitors.

What we don’t collect

  • We don’t sell your personal data.
  • We don’t track you across unrelated websites.
  • We don’t collect sensitive personal documents.
  • We don’t try to identify individual visitors from analytics.

What’s public on your page

Your profile is meant to be shared, so some fields are intentionally public and may be indexed by search engines.

  • Public: your username, avatar, bio, location, occupation, links, and badges.
  • Private: your email, settings, and security details are never shown on your page.
  • Use the Metadata settings to control your page title, description, favicon, and social preview image.

Why we use data

We use data to keep the service stable and safe, and to give you insights that help you grow.

  • To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
  • To prevent spam, bots, and abuse.
  • To show analytics and improve product performance.
  • To provide support when you contact us.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, we use cookies for essential things like staying logged in and protecting account actions. We don’t use them to build advertising profiles.

Do we share data with third parties?

We don’t sell personal data. Some trusted providers may process limited data to help us run the service (for example, infrastructure and payment processing). They’re used to deliver the service, not to advertise to you.

How to delete your data or account

You can request account or data deletion at any time.

  • Open Help Center → Support and choose the Account category.
  • Tell us what you want removed.
  • We may ask you to confirm ownership for safety.

We’re a young product, but from day one we focus on safety, transparency, and honest analytics. Thugg.lol is improving fast, and we take feedback seriously — we’re building a service people can trust.
