What the gold check means, who gets it and how it is granted.
A gold check next to the avatar means our team confirmed the person or brand behind the account. Visitors can tap it to see that confirmation.
What it means
- The account belongs to who it says it belongs to.
- It is granted by the thugg.lol team, one account at a time.
- Tapping the mark opens a short confirmation panel for visitors.
How it is granted
Verification is applied by our team. It is not part of the badge system, so it cannot be bought, requested through badges, or transferred between accounts.
- Known creators, brands and public figures.
- Accounts where impersonation would cause real harm.
What it is not
Note
Verification is not for sale, and no one can grant it on our behalf. Anyone offering to sell you a verified profile is scamming you — report them through Contact Support.
Asking about it
If you believe your account qualifies, contact support with links to the platforms that establish who you are. We review manually and reply either way.
We’re a young product, but from day one we focus on safety, transparency and honest analytics. If something here is unclear or out of date, tell us — support reads every ticket.
