Appeals
Think a moderation decision was wrong? Here is what you can appeal, where, and how.
On this page
Every decision we make can be looked at again by a person. An appeal is that second look — the clearer you make it, the faster it is answered.
What you can appeal
| Decision | Where to appeal |
|---|---|
| Removed upload, link or badge | A ticket in Contact support |
| Account restriction | A ticket — the reason is shown in Account → Settings |
| Account ban | The contact named on your ban notice, or [email protected] |
| Market hold or reversal | A ticket naming the lot or transfer |
| Discord timeout or ban | A DM to a moderator from the Team page |
Writing a good appeal
- Name the account — your username, and the page, file or listing the decision is about.
- Say what happened in your own words: what you posted or did, and when.
- Explain why you think the call was wrong, or what you have changed since.
- Attach anything that backs it up — screenshots, links, proof that the work or the name is yours.
Tip
Short and specific beats long and angry. A moderator can only reverse what they can verify.
What happens next
- A moderator reviews the decision and replies in the same thread.
- The outcome is one of three: reversed, reduced or upheld.
- Sending the same appeal again does not move it up the queue — reply in the thread you already have.
Ground rules
- One appeal per decision. It is reopened only when you bring something new.
- Be honest — an appeal built on false information is upheld and closed.
- Do not dodge a ban with a new account while your appeal is open; that alone keeps the ban in place.
- Never send passwords or card details — no one on staff will ask.
