Troubleshooting & Issues
The problems people hit most, and what to try first.
Most issues come down to caching, propagation delays or a Premium-gated setting. Work through the checks below before opening a ticket.
I did not get the verification email
- Check spam and junk.
- Wait a few minutes, then request it again.
- Confirm the address has no typos.
- Still nothing? Contact support and we will help.
My changes are not showing
- Make sure the change actually saved — look for the save confirmation in Customize.
- Hard-refresh your page, or open it in a private window.
- Public pages are cached for a few minutes; give it a moment.
- If the setting is Premium-only and your Premium is not active, it is skipped on purpose.
My analytics are not updating
Analytics are near real-time and refresh every 15 seconds while the tab is open, but small delays happen.
- Keep the tab visible and give it a minute.
- Some traffic sources report limited details.
- Repeatedly opening your own page may be filtered to keep numbers honest.
An upload keeps failing
- Check the format and size limits for that field.
- Very large images and videos take longer — do not close the tab.
- Try a different file to rule out a corrupt source.
My account was limited
A restriction means something on the account tripped an abuse check. The reason is named in Account → Settings, and most restrictions are narrow — a single upload or link, not the whole page.
What trips a check
- Impersonation
- Passing yourself off as another person, a brand, or staff.
- Stolen media
- Publishing work you have no right to publish.
- Automated traffic
- Scripted views, clicks or uploads.
- Host abuse
- Malware, phishing, or bulk spam links through the image host.
If you believe the call was wrong, request a review through Contact Support with the article set to your account. Say what you were doing and when — a report with context is answered far faster than one without.
