The page is free forever — design it, add your links, keep it. Premium and Creator are one-time payments for lifetime access, so nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel. Premium is also unlockable through referrals.

Premium adds the canvas editor, premium fonts and effects, custom cursors, full analytics, 2.0 GB of hosting and your name on thugg.tech and thugger.fun. Creator adds the HTML, CSS and JS editor with a live preview, an AI assistant, 5.0 GB, 3 custom domains and 5 badge slots, and lets you build your own name, bio, background and cursor effects to publish to everyone — domains are a $6.99 add-on on Premium. Custom code is reviewed before it goes public.

Premium includes 2.0 GB on i.thugg.lol, Creator 5.0 GB — images, GIFs, video and audio up to 1.0 GB a file. Upload through ShareX or the desktop app, with short links that can expire or burn after reading.

11 integrations pull onto the page live: Discord presence, what you are playing on Spotify or Steam, a LIVE badge with viewer count for Twitch and Kick. Behind it, views, clicks, referrers, countries and devices are recorded for you, with full history and CSV export on Premium. Nothing to screenshot and re-upload.

Yes — a username is an asset you own. List one you've held for a week as an auction or a buy-now, or bid on someone else's from your wallet; a bid is held from your balance and returned the moment you're outbid. Listing is free — the seller only pays when it sells, a commission that starts small and shrinks the higher the price goes. A name you buy becomes another address that opens your page, and every name you own keeps working.

No. Premium and Creator are one-time payments for lifetime access. The only recurring item is the 50 GB image host add-on, which is billed per year.

Yes. Creator is a strict superset — every Premium feature is unlocked the moment Creator is active, plus a larger 5 GB image host and bundled custom domains and badge slots. You never need to buy both.

Yes. Creator unlocks a builder for your own name, bio, background and cursor effects — a safe colour, glow and gradient builder, or your own sandboxed code. Publish one and, once an admin approves it, it joins the effect picker for everyone, credited to your handle.

Yes. Premium can also be unlocked through referrals, giveaways and community contributions. Those grants are identical to a purchase.

Nothing breaks. Premium assets applied from the Workshop are downgraded to their free equivalents, and your page keeps working.

Yes. Premium can be gifted to any other account from the Premium page — the recipient does not need an active plan.

Custom domains and custom badges work on their own. The 50 GB image host add-on requires an active Premium or Creator plan, and Creator already bundles domains and badge slots for free.

Short domains we own, included with Premium. You switch one on and your page answers at thugg.tech/yourname — no DNS records and no verification. It is not the same as the custom domains add-on: a shared domain keeps your username in the address, a domain of your own can serve the page at its bare hostname.

Premium is delivered the moment it activates, so purchases are generally final. We review refunds for duplicate charges, payments you did not make, or a long outage on our side — email [email protected] with the date, amount, method and transaction ID.

No. Nobody on the thugg.lol team will ask for your password, a 2FA code or card details — anyone who does is not us. Report them through Contact support.

Open Account → Settings → Security, scan the QR code with an authenticator app and confirm the 6-digit code. The full walkthrough is in Account & Security.

Yes, through a manual ownership check. Open a ticket if you can still log in; if you can not, ask in Discord and staff will start the check from there.

Never. Your email is only used to sign in and to reach you about the account.

Yes, from the Danger zone in Account → Settings → Account. It is immediate and permanent — your profile, uploads and analytics go, and your URL is freed.

Something on it tripped an abuse check. The reason is shown in Account → Settings, and most restrictions cover a single upload or link. See Troubleshooting.

Open a ticket with the Report category and paste the link. Impersonation, stolen media, scams and malware are handled first.

No. The gold check is granted by our team only and is never for sale. Anyone offering one is scamming you.
