What you can and can not do on thugg.lol — the plain-words version of our Terms.

These rules cover every profile, upload, badge, listing and message on thugg.lol. They are the short version of the Terms of Service — where the two differ, the Terms win.
How strict we are
Breaking a rule usually costs one upload or link, not the whole page. Repeated or serious abuse costs the account.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to create an account, or older where your country sets a higher age.
- Registration details must be accurate and current.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account — keep your login to yourself.
- Accounts made in bulk or by scripts — to farm referrals, giveaways or views — are removed.
What you can not post

| Hate & extremism | Extremist material, incitement to violence, hate or discrimination. |
| Sexual & shock content | Pornography, graphic violence or shock content that breaks the law. |
| Infringement | Copyrighted work, trademarks or branding you have no right to use — stolen media included. |
| Malicious content | Malware, phishing, scams and other abusive material. |
Impersonation
Do not pass yourself off as another person, a brand, or thugg.lol staff — on your page, in your name or in your badges.
- Handles that impersonate, mislead or infringe someone's rights may be reclaimed.
- The gold check is granted by our team only — faking one in your name, bio or images counts as impersonation.
- Staff are listed on the Team page. Anyone else claiming to be staff is not.
Using the service
- No spam or misleading advertising.
- No malware, exploits, stealers or phishing pages — on your page or through the image host.
- No fraud, and no collecting payment or personal data unlawfully.
- No attacks on our infrastructure — DDoS, password guessing or probing for vulnerabilities.
- No scripted views, clicks or uploads to inflate numbers.
- Nothing that damages thugg.lol or disrupts other users.
Market & wallet
- No market manipulation, and no laundering funds through the wallet.
- No listing handles that infringe a trademark or impersonate someone.
- We may hold, reverse or remove a listing, sale or transfer that breaks these rules, and freeze a balance while we look.

When a rule is broken
| Action | What it means |

| Removal | A single upload, link, badge or listing comes down; the rest of the page stays up. |
| Restriction | Part of the account is limited — the reason is shown in Account → Settings. |
| Suspension | The whole account is locked — during a review, or for good after serious or repeated abuse. |
| Reclaim & freeze | An impersonating handle is reclaimed; funds tied to fraud are frozen. |
Paid features are not refunded when an account is restricted for breaking the rules.
