How we protect your account

Anti-bot and anti-abuse
We filter automated traffic so your analytics stay meaningful.
- Bot and spam filtering.
- Rate limits against mass actions.
- Checks against coordinated and repeated abuse.
- Protection against fake clicks and artificial view boosting.
What happens if rules are broken
- Temporary limits — suspicious actions get slowed down.
- Feature restrictions — some actions are disabled.
- Account review.
- Suspension or ban for serious or repeated abuse.
Common reasons
Common reasons: spam, bot traffic, automated link farms, harassment, repeated policy violations, or attempts to manipulate analytics.
Appealing a restriction
We try to be fair and consistent, and we do get it wrong sometimes. Open Contact Support, choose the restriction category, and ask for a review.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not track behaviour outside thugg.lol.
- We do not read private content beyond what you publish.
- We do not expose analytics in a way that identifies individual visitors.
We’re a young product, but from day one we focus on safety, transparency and honest analytics. If something here is unclear or out of date, tell us — support reads every ticket.
